THE SPACE

You have private use of the main and upper levels of the home. Murray Hill was constructed in 1989 with 1,500 square feet on the main and master bedroom levels. The basement is locked, partitioned off, and is not for use by guests. This house is nicely secluded from the road, nestled at the edge of the woods, and at the same time positioned near many attractions. It is a great home to return to after a busy day.

The kitchen has all new appliances (refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher) and is nicely furnished for a very pleasant stay. The house has new LED lighting, comfortable furniture, and lots of natural light. Newly added summer of 2017 is an outdoor patio and fire pit with plenty of seating for evening fires. A thermostat controlled gas fireplace provides you with a cozy, warm, and aesthetic experience. Newly remodeled second bedroom with bunk beds is also available on main level.

GUEST ACCESS

You have private access to the main and upper level of the house. The main level includes the living room, dining room, 2nd bedroom, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room on the main level. The upper level consists of the master bedroom and full bath. The master bedroom has a new ceiling fan and light fixture that is controlled remotely.

OTHER NOTES

The new queen bed has just been placed in a custom, Amish hand-crafted, cedar log bed frame (July 2016). A gas fireplace was installed in December 2016 (replacing the old pellet stove) for easy to control heat and a wonderful winter experience. Outdoor patio with fire pit for evening fires added summer of 2017.
